지문
Our minds are divided into what is known as consciousness and subconsciousness.
The subconscious operates very quickly without dealing with emotions.
It handles our responses, memories, and recognitions in life.
However, we have more control over consciousness.
We think and can choose whether to continue a thought or to add emotions to it.
And this is the part of our minds that often disappoints us.
Fueled by emotions, we often make wrong decisions.
When emotions cloud our judgment, they bring biases and various other negative things that constrain us.
Are you afraid of spiders? Are you afraid of the dark?
There are reasons for all these fears, but they stem from consciousness. They become true fears only when the subconscious records our responses.
